Full-time, salaried benefits include:

  • Health - MMIC pays a larger portion of medical benefit premiums for our employees and dependents compared to our competitors.
  • Dental - 100% of dental benefit premiums are paid for by the company for employees and dependents.
  • Flexible spending account - Our flexible spending account allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for office visit fees, deductibles, co-pays and other out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses.
  • Dependent care account - Our dependent care spending account is designed for parents with dependent children requiring daycare services. Expenses for adult dependents that are incapable of self-care could also qualify.
  • Group term life insurance - We offer employees life insurance that pays three times the employee’s salary, up to a maximum of $500,000.
  • Long term disability insurance - Employees are eligible for long term disability insurance designed to provide continuing income after 90 days of disability due to injury or illness.
  • 401(k) match - Our 401(k) plan offers a company match of 50 cents for every dollar the employee contributes up to a maximum of 4% of annual salary.
  • Pension Plan - We contribute 8% of an employee's salary directly into a defined contribution pension plan, with no waiting period for participation.
  • An enriched Employee Assistance Program (EAP) -Employees have access to a variety of services through our EAP program designed to support their mental and physical wellness, and balance their work and home life.
  • Time off - MMIC offers a generous amount of time off including vacation, sick and holidays each year.
  • Education Reimbursement - We offer education reimbursement for degreed programs.  The company also encourages and pays for continuing education and professional development for employees.
  • Telecommuting and Flexible Work Arrangements - MMIC offers telecommuting options (25+ employees currently telecommute from their homes) and other flexible work arrangements.
