Our implementation project managers and trainers are beyond just experienced. The Health IT project team is dedicated and personally committed to successful implementations. We offer both hands-on training with your master files, code tables, and preferences, as well as a train-the-trainer method for organizations with staff available for training internal groups.

We've worked through many system migrations so our processes and methodologies have been created to achieve the major milestones at the right time and within your abilities and budget. You’ll appreciate the sense of comfort our team provides with our structured project management approach. We will work with you through the transition of your system and provide support continuity as you continue to learn and evolve your processes and workflow. We also offer a post go-live audit to help you learn how to further improve operational processes. Training Facilities

Our state of the art training room gives your staff the chance to get away from the busy office to concentrate on learning your new system. It’s an ideal environment to immerse yourself in the system and increase your comfort level quickly. Our training sessions are also accessible via our free monthly web-based courses, available to all existing customers.

Annual User's Group

MMIC Health IT provides a free local NextGen users group meeting every year. This is a great opportunity to spend the day with us for in-depth system training and NextGen corporate presentations.
